Victoria / Queesland State Sales Managers

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to develop new customers and look after key accounts. You will have full autonomy and flexibility with organizing your own time to achieve the best results.

Your Key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve revenue targets for new business generation across the country
  • Build a strong pipeline to support the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct proactive sales calls and articulate the benefits and features of Forge products and services to prospective clients
  • Present sales presentations to prospective clients; negotiate and close contracts
  • Maintain thorough documentation of sales activity and information obtained
  • Relay needs of prospective clients that are not met to appropriate internal teams
  • Manage other end-to-end sales for new business opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in business development, sales management or marketing
  • Prior builder hardware industry experience will be a major advantage
  • Exceptional client and people management skills
  • Adept written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to spot a business opportunity
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and resilient
  • Strategic thinker with effective time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills

Customer Service / Internal Sales Support

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you main role will be looking after client inquiries and counter sales.
Located in Ringwood opposite to Eastland, your hours will be Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Your Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serve pick up customers
  • Process orders received from online and emails
  • Answer customer online, phone and email inquiries 
  • Carry out other internal sales actitivities
  • Other marketing initiatives
  • Pick, pack orders
  • Assist receiving and inventory management

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service and internal sales support
  • Well presented and personable, with great communication skills and a customer service approach
  • The desire to pursue a career in leadership or sales
  • Prior builder hardware industry experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft / Google office skills
